District 9300 - Tours

General

District 9300 has two main tours planned for the year of exchange, namely the northern tour and the southern tour. The price of both tours includes the following:

Northern Tour (also know as the Mpumalanga Tour)

This tour normally runs in March and includes highlights within Mpumalanga, the Tshukudu Game Reserve and the Kruger National Park. The Mpumalanga Panoramic tour consists of places like God’s Window, Pilgrim’s Rest and the Blyde River canyon. We also visit an activity camp where team building plays a crucial part in abseiling, trapeze, hiking etc. Another highlight is to be able to walk with and touch wild animals at the Tshukudu private game reserve, as well as camping in the infamous Kruger National Park.

Southern Tour (also known as the Cape Town Tour)

This tour is normally held in November and consists of historical, political and cultural places of interest, the wine route, table mountain, Robben Island, Cape Point etc. as well as river rafting down the Breede River. You can view the full itinerary here.
